Letter Writing Maraton - Amnesty International

Me and my friend were responsible for preparing posters, advertising the Letter Writing Marathon carried out by our school Amnesty International Group. By working together we prepared and printed the posters before the marathon started.

Electronic music

I've recently started making electronic music in the program Ableton Live Pro. I make music ranging from genres of house and hip-hop. This particular track is of an EDM genre.

Amnesty International

We had our first Amnesty International meeting today, we shared our ideas for the future and divided our future roles in this group. The next meeting will probably take place next week and we will continue to plan our work in this organisation.

Batman Skateboard


I decided to change up my skateboard a little bit. I took an old batman comic and cut it up. Next I used the decoupage method to stick parts of the comic book to the bottom of my skateboard. I am very satisfied with the end product. Making this board took me 3 hours!

Skateboarding

I have been skateboarding today. Since I have been only riding for a few weeks, my skills are  not very good, However I have already started to learn to ollie, which is one of the simplest skateboard tricks.

Comic Book



Me and my friend made a comic book for my friends birthday. It consumed quite a lot of time, but was definitely worht it. We first took photos of all our friends in different poses and then edited them in a special app. We print out a few copies for ourselves and for her.

LiMUN

I travelled to Lithuania for a MUN conference hosted in Kaunas. I was representing the United States of America in the Security Council. It was a fascinating and worthwhile experience. I am definitely planning to go next year as well.

This weekend I was a delegate at the MUN conference hosted by the British School of Warsaw. This was my first MUN conference, so I was new to all the procedure. However I did have a lot of fun and I was happy to represent such an interesting country as Ivory Coast.

Jewellery

Piano

I spent some time playing the piano this week, since I was trying to play the piano part of Fluorescent Adolescent by the Arctic Monkeys (accompanying the guitar part). I haven't actually played the piano in some time, so it took much longer, than learning the same thing on the guitar.

I noted down the chords:

Gym 2

I went to the gym after school once again. This time though I spent most of the time on the treadmill and ran about 3 miles (the photo was taken at the very beginnig of my workout)
